Class Descriptions

Viva Bounce
This high- intensity 30 or 45 minute workout on the trampoline with a mix of strength exercises in-between. Please wear closed toe shoes and arrive 10 minutes before class start time.

Viva Bounce HIIT
This 60 minute class is a beginners favorite! This is a Bounce Class with a HIIT Twist, combining interval training with traditional Viva Bounce moves and resistance weight training.

Barre
Barre is a mix of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training. Barre is intended to improve posture, tone, sculpt, and stretch your entire body. This low impact class will leave you energized! Meet you at the barre!

Buti Yoga
Buti Yoga is a blend of tribal dance, high intensity interval training, and powerful yoga moves. We use music as a compass to sweat with intention, connecting our hearts to our bodies and activating a spark that will start a fire in your soul! All levels, bodies, and humans welcome in this class.

Slow Flow Yoga
Come find your zen and peace of mind in this slow flow yoga class. This class offers you the opportunity to flow like a regular vinyasa class but promotes moving more mindfully and at a slower pace. Moving in this way allows you time to tune inward and combine your breath and movement together in one, allowing your breath to guide your movement. All levels, bodies, and humans welcome in this class.
